If you use our old payment system, Patient Notebook, then you must email a copy of your receipt to office@pna-pc.com for us to mnually move your payment over to the new system.  Send  a .pdf of your receipt to office@pna-pc.com for credit transfer as Patient Notebook does not auto post like HEALOW Pay.

Payment Questions:

As a courtesy to you, we currently file electronically with most major medical health insurance plans as well as Medicare. We also take Worker's Compensation and Auto Claims on a case by case basis with prior approval.

Our cancellation policy is available on request. To avoid cancellation fees, we ask for a minimum of 48-working business hours of notice prior to all follow up appointments, and for a minimum of 48-working business hours prior to all testing and new consultations. We do charge missed appointment/ no show fees and the schedule is available on request. 

Insurance that is in a secondary position to Medicare must be participating in automatic cross-over programs. 
Please contact Medicare, your secondary coverage carrier, and social security to fill out the forms for this option. We do not file paper secondary claims and all payments are due at the time of service.  

Payment is expected at the time of service- including Co-Insurance, Co-Payments, Deductibles, Non-covered services, etc....

Please check with your insurance carrier for your coverage limits
